@Skuld Wel...Thanks for the nice comments everyone.

@Skuld Welcome to the blog. I went on a try spinning weekend in the woods. There's a post here somewhere about it. I actually thought I wouldn't like spinning and was surprised that I loved it. As you can see an obsession was formed.Bionic Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00630751922629714247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6020044885093728127.post-84789019418378124022009-09-03T15:03:24.603-07:002009-09-03T15:03:24.603-07:00Luke sent me on this link because I mentioned I wa...Luke sent me on this link because I mentioned I was learning to spin (I got a drop spindle for my birthday).
Wow, you've got mad spinning skills! How did you get started on spinning (if you don't mind me asking)?
Ah, I hate it when you're crocheting something and every row or two you look down and think to yourself "Is this working? Does this yarn go with this pattern? Or will it hang in the cupboard, looking at me, and I'll still be thinking, does that work? I should really wear that sometime..." Ok, well maybe you wouldn't think all that every row (crochet projects can be lengthy enough), but yes, I know the feeling! My sympathies.

P.S. I'm Luke babiest sister, Michelle.Skuldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07203485612514725674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6020044885093728127.post-6595619096532421012009-08-31T01:01:18.526-07:002009-08-31T01:01:18.526-07:00I love the Scottish Fibres merino and I agree that...I love the Scottish Fibres merino and I agree that I think it would make some yummy mittens. The supercoils is mad! It will make a really fun scarf.
Sorry to hear about your breakup with the Sea Silk shawl, but having made a Montego Bay Scarf myself I can testify that it is fun and very pretty and oh so yum to wear around your neck.Sinéadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03638944452534302340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6020044885093728127.post-396324576804123762009-08-30T14:39:27.250-07:002009-08-30T14:39:27.250-07:00im totally in love with the supercoils...im totally in love with the supercoils...Kittiwake Designhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17564304667765689588noreply@blogger.com
